healthconnect-au.com ("Health Connect") is directly contracted by Non-Profit Agencies throughout Australia to conduct calls on their behalf to qualify or acquire potential donors and gauge their charitable interests.

Health Connect collects personal information when respondents participate in our charity survey. Health Connect strictly complies with all legislative requirements of each country in which we operate.

When a respondent agrees to opt-in with Health Connect, we obtain demographic information including name, age bracket, and address.

By participating in and/or completing our charity call, respondents agree to be contacted, by phone, SMS, mail, or email by Health Connect clients, partners, and the charities named in the questionnaire regarding their survey answers and potential interest in their good causes. By participating and/or responding yes to our mandatory opt-in statement, you are giving your consent. Respondents are free to opt-out at any time by visiting the opt-out.

Please be advised, opt-out processing may take up to twenty-eight (28) days from the opt-out request receipt before any communications cease. By opting-out of Health Connect, respondents will not be contacted further for future surveys and data will not be passed on to third-party affiliates for marketing or other purposes.

Health Connect reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time and without notice.

Sensitive information as discussed in the Data Protection Act (DPA) includes ethnic background, political opinions, religious beliefs, health, sexual health, and criminal records. To ensure that we uphold the data protection act, we do not ask for sensitive information on healthconnect-au.com marketing questionnaires. Once you participate, you are not anonymous to us.

We use your information to allow healthconnect-au.com, the charity partners, and the charities, organizations, and brands named in the questionnaire to find out your potential interests in causes, products and/or services you may wish to support so these organizations can check on trends and plan for their future.

By participating and/or completing our marketing questionnaire, you are giving and providing your consent for charity partners, and the charities, organizations and brands named in the questionnaire to contact you regarding their causes, products, and/or services. You may opt-out at any time. This will have the effect of withdrawing your consent to be contacted by healthconnect-au.com in the future.

If you DO NOT WANT to be CONTACTED, you may OPT OUT NOW by clicking OPT OUT. Please allow twenty eight (28) days for any communications to STOP. If you opt-out from healthconnect-au.com, you will not be contacted by us and we will not provide your data to any third party companies for marketing purposes.
